General description

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
GSK3是一种丝氨酸-苏氨酸蛋白激酶，最初被确定为磷酸化和抑制糖原合成酶的激酶。GSK3普遍存在于人体组织中，并参与多种生理过程的调节，包括胰岛素对糖原和蛋白质合成的控制以及转录因子AP-1和CREB的调节。人类GSK3瞬时转染到稳定转染了各人类tau异构体的中国仓鼠卵巢细胞中，导致tau蛋白在所有被磷酸化依赖性抗tau抗体检测的位点上过度磷酸化。
