General description
Griess试剂基于Griess反应体系。其中的组分包括悬浮在水中的萘乙二胺二盐酸盐和悬浮在磷酸中的磺胺。该试剂可与样品中的亚硝酸盐反应，形成紫色的偶氮产物，可在546 nm处测量其吸光度。
Application
Griess试剂（改良版）已用于：
- 针对受损感觉神经元(SDSN)上清液刺激的原代脊髓神经胶质细胞，进行亚硝酸盐含量分析
- 测量刺激软骨细胞中一氧化氮氧化的亚硝酸盐/硝酸盐
- 测定RAW264.7巨噬细胞中的一氧化氮（NO）降解情况
- 测定培养的巨噬细胞(MΦs)的条件培养基中一氧化氮（NO）的浓度
- 测定培养上清液中BEAS-2B支气管细胞释放的NO的相对水平
