Biochem/physiol Actions

盐酸胍(GdnHCl)是具有吸湿性的小分子。它是强效酶变性剂，可导致酶构象变化，从而导致酶活性完全丧失。GdnHCl参与体内阻断热休克蛋白104（Hsp104）腺苷三磷酸酶（ATPase）的活性。它参与杂色鲍鱼体内的碱性磷酸酶（ALPase）变性。GdnHCl可导致木瓜蛋白酶和氨酰酶等酶失活。较高浓度下的GdnHCl可有效灭活病毒，例如单纯疱疹病毒1（HSV-1）。

General description
