General description

谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)是由天然真核细胞生产的26 KDa分子量蛋白。它属于II相解毒酶家族的一员。谷胱甘肽-琼脂糖树脂由谷胱甘肽通过硫与环氧活化的4%交联琼脂糖珠相连形成12个原子(10碳)的间隔臂。本品为冻干粉末,添加了乳糖稳定剂。

Application

利用谷胱甘肽-琼脂糖亲和层析技术,可以快速、温和、非变性和高度选择性地纯化含有谷胱甘肽结合序列的蛋白质,如谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和乙二醛酶I。
谷胱甘肽琼脂糖树脂用于:
  • 纯化谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)融合蛋白,生成多克隆抗体M4P
  • 通过孵育上清液组分,纯化全长p53蛋白(aa 1-393)及其DNA结合域(aa 94-288)
