粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)是一种粒细胞、巨噬细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞谱系中的细胞生长和分化因子。GM-CSF在极低浓度下刺激多潜能祖细胞集落形成，是造血祖细胞在所有分裂过程中存活和增殖的重要因素。 它还能刺激一些上皮细胞和破骨细胞的生长。GM-CSF由多种细胞类型（单核细胞、内皮细胞、T细胞、成纤维细胞、丝裂原刺激的B细胞和脂多糖刺激的巨噬细胞）产生。GM-CSF是一种含有128个氨基酸的单链糖蛋白，采用保守二硫键。 人类和小鼠GM-CSF共享约。序列同源性54%，不发生生物活性交叉反应。
