一般描述
甘氨酰谷氨酰胺(Glycyl-glutamine)是L-谷氨酰胺的二肽形式。甘谷二肽具有较高的溶解性和热稳定性。静脉输液后可快速水解为谷氨酰胺和甘氨酸。甘氨酸通过防止细胞膜渗漏来保护心肌细胞免遭缺血性损伤。此外，补充甘谷二肽还有利于大鼠的心肌保护，因为它能增强心肌细胞的能量代谢以及ATP和谷胱甘肽合成。
甘氨酰谷氨酰胺（gly-gln）是一种二肽，在细胞培养中用作谷氨酰胺的替代物。当使用该二肽代替谷氨酰胺时，由于 gly-gln 影响底物利用和代谢，可获得更高的细胞产量。由于较低的肽酶亲和力，该二肽的浓度维持很高，细胞生长较快。
