甘氨酰谷氨酰胺(Glycyl-glutamine)是L-谷氨酰胺的二肽形式。甘谷二肽具有较高的溶解性和热稳定性。静脉输液后可快速水解为谷氨酰胺和甘氨酸。甘氨酸通过防止细胞膜渗漏来保护心肌细胞免遭缺血性损伤。此外,补充甘谷二肽还有利于大鼠的心肌保护,因为它能增强心肌细胞的能量代谢以及ATP和谷胱甘肽合成。
