Application

甘氨酸缓冲液已作为测定缓冲液,用于通过乳酸脱氢酶酶法对来自体腔液、肾脏提取物和鱼心灌流液中的乳酸进行测定。

General description

甘氨酸可用作填充剂缓冲剂。低浓度的甘氨酸可防止溶液中pH降低。当它以无定形态存在时,也可以用于稳定蛋白质。
