生化/生理作用

鸟苷是一种在细胞代谢中起重要作用的嘌呤核苷。通过诱导增殖分化和抗凋亡作用,它在神经胶质细胞、海马神经元、嗜铬细胞瘤细胞中也表现出神经保护和神经营养作用。鸟苷可作为药物治疗多种神经疾病。它对败血症诱导的认知障碍、肝性脑病、脂多糖(LPS)诱导的炎症、缺血性损伤和叠氮化物诱导的氧化损伤有效果。鸟苷适用于细胞培养应用,作为一磷酸鸟苷(GMP)、二磷酸鸟苷(GDP)、三磷酸鸟苷(GTP)和环GMP(cGMP)的前体。
