Preparation Note
在35-40℃以下，明胶溶胀并吸收其体重5-10倍的水，形成凝胶。明胶在热水中比在冷水中更易溶解。如果明显可见飞蚊症或浑浊，则可将溶液在45℃水浴中加热10分钟，以获得澄清无色的溶液。
