One unit will reduce viscosity difference between actin solution and buffer by 50% in a 1 mL mixture containing 1-2mg F-actin, 0.15 M KCl, 20 mM Tris, pH 7.6, 0.2 mM CaCl2, 0.2 mM ATP, and 1 mM DTT at 28 °C.
