生化/生理作用
GPT负责催化α-酮戊二酸和丙氨酸可逆地转氨化为谷氨酸和丙酮酸。它还在氨基酸代谢和糖异生中起关键作用。
谷丙转氨酶 (GPT) 存在于体内大多数细胞中，但在肝脏中浓度最高。由于在肝细胞坏死后 GPT 释放入血液，可作为肝脏疾病的标志物。
