General description
RESOURCE™ ISO are prepacked SOURCE™ 15 ISO (isopropyl) columns for purification of proteins and peptides with hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC). For fast, high-resolution purifications, RESOURCE™ columns are excellent choice for polishing and removal of trace impurities.

- RESOURCE™ HIC columns are available with ether, isopropyl, or phenyl. Generally, RESOURCE™ PHE will have the strongest hydrophobicity followed by RESOURCE™ ISO and RESOURCE™ ETH, successively.
