HiTrap® Streptavidin HP is a column prepacked with Streptavidin Sepharose™ High Performance for purification of biotinylated proteins and biomolecules.
应用
The prepacked Streptavidin Sepharose™ High Performance medium ensures reproducibility, high performance, and excellent physical and chemical stability. Streptavidin Sepharose™ High Performance is also available in lab packs, using the same purified streptavidin isolated from Streptomyces avidinii bound to Sepharose™ High Performance.
