About HiTrap® column format
HiTrap® columns are manufactured from biocompatible polypropylene that does not interact with biomolecules. The column formats are well-suited for preparative purifications as well as for screening and optimization of purification conditions when developing a new method.
When needed, two columns can easily be connected in series to increase the bed height.
Capto™ Octyl – a high-flow and high-capacity HIC resin
Capto™ Octyl hydrophobic interaction chromatography resin has an octyl ligand for the capture and intermediate purification of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), mAb variants, and other biomolecules.
