DNA (Salmon Testes), sonicated
Genomic DNA sheared by sonication for use in hybridization experiments

  • Purified by phenol extraction and freeze dried.
  • Suitable for blocking non-specific binding sites in hybridization experiments to reduce background.
  • Fragmented DNA with a size range from 200-6000 nucleotides.
  • Tested for absence of nuclease.
