HiPrep™ Q FF 16/10 is a strong anion exchanger prepacked with Q Sepharose™ Fast Flow, ready-to-use for fast, preparative separations of proteins and other biomolecules using ion exchange (IEX) chromatography.

HiPrep™ Q FF are prepacked, ready to use columns for ion exchange chromatography. They provide fast, preparative separations of proteins and other biomolecules.

The pressure over the packed bed varies depending on a range of parameters such as the characteristics of the chromatography medium and the column tubing used.
