一般描述

GST Buffer Kit contains carefully prepared buffer concentrates for binding, washing, and elution of GST-tagged proteins according to recommended protocols. The kit contains 10× PBS, reduced glutathione, dilution buffer, and an instruction booklet. Sufficient reagents are supplied to purify up to 20 mg of GST-tagged protein

GST Buffer Kit eliminates time-consuming buffer preparation and therefore allows fast, reproducible, and convenient purification work. GST Buffer Kit can be used in combination with a number of column types: GST SpinTrap, GST MultiTrap 96-well plates, GST GraviTrap, GSTrap FF, GSTrap 4B and GSTrap HP.
