Sera-Mag^™ SpeedBeads and Sera-Mag^™ Carboxylate-Modified Magnetic Particles typical application uses include sample preparation, proteomics, nucleic acid isolation, and immunoassay applications.
Sera-Mag^™ Magnetic Olido(dt) particles can be used for convenient isolation and extraction of mRNA from a variety of sources for downstream applications such as RT-PCR, cDNA library construction, cDNA microarrays, affinity purification, primer extension and subtractive hybridization.

Sera-Mag^™ SpeedBeads and Sera-Mag^™ Carboxylate-Modified Magnetic Particles allow convenient covalent coupling of target molecules.

Unless otherwise stated, refrigerate (2-8 °C) product when not in use but do not freeze. Store upright and keep bottle tightly sealed. Mix product with gentle inversion by hand, roller or vortex mixer.
