Anti-Interleukin-2 antibody produced in chicken

IL2 (interleukin 2) is a pro-inflammatory cytokine, which is predominantly synthesized by activated T-cells and dendritic cells (DCs). T-cells also act as effector of IL-2 as they contain the interleukin 2 receptor (IL2R). This gene is localized to human chromosome 4q27, and codes for a glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 14-17kDa.

Anti-Interleukin-2 antibody produced in chicken is suitable for the production of anti-IL2 surface-conjugated microtoroids. It is suitable for indirect ELISA and western blotting analysis at a dilution of 1:500, for tissue or cell staining at a dilution of 1:200.

The effect on NK cell proliferation is organ specific, which makes it ideal for the specific targeting of lung metastasis.
