General description

Application

氢化可的松可用于以下应用：

用于肌原性的诱导和鉴定
用于长期基质培养和甲基纤维素培养（作为培养基中的成分之一）
用于成脂分化（作为成脂培养基中的成分之一）
用于细胞培养：将人乳腺上皮细胞MCF-10A细胞保存在补充有氢化可的松及其他成分的DMEM/F12中
SUM149细胞系是从原始IBC建立的，并在补充有FBS的含胰岛素和氢化可的松的Ham′s F12培养基中进行生长
