General description
血红蛋白A2（HBA2）定位于人染色体16p13.3上。 HBA2是一种少量的血红蛋白成分，包含两条α 和δ 链。
本品功能未测试过是否与天然制剂（未冻干亚铁血红蛋白）等效。
血红蛋白是红细胞的主要成分，也是其表现为红色的原因。其在红细胞中的正常浓度为34％。由于它能够将氧从肺部输送到身体组织，并促进二氧化碳的返回运输，因此血红蛋白是脊椎动物最重要的呼吸蛋白。
Application
亚铁稳定的人血红蛋白A2已被用作反相高效液相色谱中的参考品，可用于对δ -珠蛋白洗脱曲线进行定量。 它还被用作同位素稀释质谱（IDMS）测量的校准试剂。
血红蛋白A2可用于通过时间分辨免疫荧光测定法对胎儿血红蛋白进行测定。
