General description

平衡盐溶液(BSS)主要由维持细胞正常代谢的水、大量无机离子和调节生理pH(7.2-7.6)范围的缓冲体系组成。也可作为灌洗、运输和稀释用液,维持细胞内外的渗透压平衡。BSS还提供葡萄糖等细胞代谢所需能源。

Application

Hanks′平衡盐溶液已用于:

  • 大鼠原代海马体神经元细胞培养
  • 大鼠脑收集
  • 大鼠原代肝细胞培养

Preparation Note

按照每升培养基9.5克粉末配制。
补充0.35 g/L碳酸氢钠。

Other Notes

加入碳酸氢钠调节pH。
