Application

潮霉素B抗生素可用于以下细胞的抗潮性作用：

  • MSCV荧光素酶PGK-hygro质粒。

General description

Preparation Note

该产物通过离子交换色谱法进行纯化。 潮霉素B可以>50 mg/mL的浓度溶于水，也可溶于甲醇或乙醇。 溶液应通过过滤而非高压灭菌进行灭菌。 另外，据报道潮霉素B溶液在冷冻时会失去活性，并且其在冷藏可保持稳定，因此应避免冷冻。
