General description

平衡盐溶液（BSS）在细胞培养中至关重要，它作为一种灌溉、运输和稀释试剂，可维持细胞内和细胞外的渗透平衡，并为细胞代谢提供能量。它为细胞提供水分和大量无机离子，维持细胞正常代谢。BSS在缓冲系统负责维持培养基的生理pH值范围（7.2-7.6）。

清洗活检标本固有层淋巴细胞（LPL）
