Biochem/physiol Actions
细胞色素P450 3A4 （CYP3A4）是细胞色素P450 （P450）的同工异构体之一。细胞色素p4500s （p4500s）在处理内源性化合物和外源性化合物（包括污染物、环境化合物和药物分子）中起着至关重要的作用。CYP3A4通过各种代谢过程氧化超过90%的上市药物。CYP3A4 mRNA在儿童克罗恩病中表达上调。 此外，它对除草剂如甲非那西、甲基氨丙酯、吡虫威、去氟唑松、三氟灵、二甲甲烷、氯脲和氯乙酰胺具有很高的耐受性。
