2,3-双(4-羟基苯基)-丙腈是一种ERβ-选择性激动剂; IC50 = 15nM。
2,3-双(4-羟基苯基)-丙腈是一种ERβ-选择性激动剂; IC50 = 15nM。DPN可保护WT和ARKO小鼠,并在年轻成人衍生的小胶质细胞中进行LPS治疗后显著降低IL-1β。PPT(货号H6036,ERa激动剂)可增强细胞增殖,而DPN则对其进行抑制。PPT可提高Bcl-2表达,而DPN则降低它。DPN还可提升Bax的表达。DPN可诱导卵黄蛋白原合成的剂量依赖性增加。在海马神经元中,PPT和DPN可动态但差异地有效调节细胞内钙信号传导。相比于PPT,DPN可更有效的增强这些神经元中谷氨酸诱导的细胞内Ca2+生理浓度的升高。DPN可预防睾酮治疗的LuRKO小鼠中前列腺增生和炎症的发展。
