General description
IFNA2(干扰素α2)基因定位于人类染色体9p21.3。它被认为是原型I型IFN亚型。编码的蛋白含有165个氨基酸。Ifna2蛋白结构具有五个α螺旋,通过两个二硫键连接。
Application
人干扰素α2A已被用于检查其对基孔肯雅病毒的抗病毒作用。并作为对照检查朝鲜红参的抗病毒细胞因子诱导。
Biochem/physiol Actions
IFNA2是1型干扰素,可作为第一道防线,并提供针对病原体入侵的保护。
干扰素α2A(IFN-α2A)属于I型干扰素蛋白家族,由许多类型的细胞响应病毒感染而产生。其具有抗恶性细胞增生和抗肿瘤活性,并诱导细胞凋亡和炎症反应。IFN-α2A通过增加抗原肽的呈递来增强MHC蛋白的表达,并激活细胞毒性T细胞。
