General description
平衡盐溶液（BSS）在细胞培养中至关重要，它作为一种灌溉、运输和稀释试剂，可维持细胞内和细胞外的渗透平衡。它为细胞提供水、无机离子和正常细胞代谢所需的能量。BSS还提供了一个缓冲系统，以维持培养基的最佳pH值范围（7.2-7.6）。
Application
Hanks平衡盐已用于：
- 制备原液，用于培养小鼠原代肝细胞
- 测定人成骨细胞培养中矿化结节的形成
- 制备胚胎缓冲液以收集斑马鱼卵
Preparation Note
按照每升培养基9.8克粉末配制。
补充0.35 g/L碳酸氢钠。
