Biochem/physiol Actions

视黄酸对羟基苯胺又称芬维A胺,可增加活性氧、激活半胱天冬酶并诱导细胞凋亡。它还可抑制二氢神经酰胺去饱和酶,从而引起神经酰胺生物合成的减少。芬维A胺可能对培养中的人乳腺癌细胞有抗肿瘤活性。它可作为胰岛素拮抗剂,并有助于治疗胰岛素抵抗。芬维A胺或4-HPR具有用于化疗的潜力,并对视黄酸具有耐受的癌细胞具有细胞毒性。
