General description
血管内皮生长因子 121 (VEGF121) 属于 PDGF(血小板衍生生长因子)/VEGF 生长因子家族。VEGFA 基因定位于人类染色体 6p21.1编码蛋白是一种二聚体糖蛋白,由 两个单体相互反向平行。在哺乳动物中有五种类型的 VEGF 配体,它们作为不同的剪接变异体存在。血管内皮生长因子 165 (VEGF165) 属于 PDGF(血小板衍生生长因子)/VEGF 生长因子家族,VEGF 由许多细胞类型分泌。人 VEGF165 在人 HEK 293 细胞中以糖基化同源二聚体形式表达,表观分子量为 45 kDa。在人 HEK 293 细胞中的生产提供了真实的糖基化。糖基化有助于细胞生长培养基和其他应用中的稳定性。
