Preparation Note
要从 HNE-DMA 制备HNE：在室温下，通过温和的氮气流蒸发己烷。在 4°C 下，添加 1 ml (5 mg )或 0.4 ml (2 mg) 的1 mM低温 Hcl，搅拌 45 分钟或者盖上试剂瓶振荡 30 分钟。水解后，最初混浊的溶液变得几乎透明。现在该溶液的pH值为 ∼3，含∼5 mg (5 mg)或∼2 mg (2 mg)醛(HNE)，并且至少可稳定存放24小时（如果保持在4°C）。在1 mL己烷溶液中加入6.8 mg HNE-DMA，水解后得到5 mg HNE。建议现配现用HNE溶液。
