Anti-LRFN5 antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . 生化/生理作用
LRFN5 (leucine rich repeat and fibronectin type III domain containing 5) encodes a protein that functions as a cell adhesion molecule involved in homophilic cell-cell adhesion in a Ca2+-independent manner. It belongs to the SALM (synaptic adhesion-like molecules) family of proteins that are mainly expressed in the CNS. It is also required for neurite outgrowth in hippocampal neurons.
