General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
ETS易位变体4（ETV4）介导细胞外信号调节激酶或丝裂原活化蛋白（ERK MAP）激酶途径的转录激活。ETV4的SUMO化与结肠癌细胞有关。ETV4具有致癌性，因为它促进肿瘤进展。它促进前列腺肿瘤的增殖。它还介导胚胎干细胞的增殖和分化。
