Biochem/physiol Actions

ZBTB7B（锌指和包含7b的BTB结构域）对于CD4+承诺和CD8+承诺的防治非常重要。ZBTB7B在双阴性不变自然杀伤T（iNKT）细胞、γδ细胞和记忆CD8+T细胞等T细胞亚群的发育中发挥重要作用。它还通过直接与α1和α2胶原基因启动子结合来抑制胶原转录。据报道，ZBTB7B可能在纤连蛋白和其他基质基因的抑制中起作用。

General description
