Biochem/physiol Actions

兔抗-CUL4B多克隆抗体可与人类Cullin-4B蛋白反应。
在小鼠胚胎发生过程中，Cullin 4B蛋白(CUL4B)在胚外组织发育中发挥重要作用。Cullin 4B蛋白参与调节多种生物过程。CUL4B通过诱导人骨肉瘤细胞的增殖和防止细胞死亡来促进肿瘤形成。其基因过表达与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的发展有关。因此，敲低CUL4B基因被认为是NSCLC的潜在治疗方法。基因突变会导致X连锁智力障碍(XLMR)。
