Biochem/physiol Actions

TNIK（TRAF2和NCK相互作用激酶）是属于生发中心激酶家族的蛋白激酶。它由N末端激酶结构域组成。它位于细胞核中。TNIK高度参与细胞骨架组装和神经元树突延伸。在细胞骨架排列中，它直接与Rap2相互作用，以进行细胞适当的分布和扩散。它还刺激c-Jun N末端激酶以调节细胞骨架。TNIK在Wnt信号传导过程中充当转录激活因子，Wnt信号传导是许多生理过程的关键步骤，包括细胞增殖，分化，运动性，凋亡。在肠隐窝和结肠直肠癌细胞中也起重要作用。有研究表明，TNIK可能是结肠直肠癌治疗的潜在药理激酶抑制剂。
