Inhibitor of nuclear factor κ-B kinase subunit ε is an enzyme encoded by the IKBKE gene in humans. It interacts with NS2B/3 and acts as a novel target of DENV NS2B/3 protease. Knockdown of this gene may be associated with therapeutic advantages for HIV activation. It mainly functions during invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer.
