Natural Killer cells or NK cells, are a subset oflymphocytes that are a component of innate immunity. NK cells are cytotoxiceffector cells and play an important role in early response to viral infectionand tumors. NK cells are isolated from peripheral blood or other lymphoidtissue and are separated from mononuclear cells via immunomagneticseparation.

Used for a variety of applications, NK cells arefrequently utilized in drug discovery/development, assayvalidation/development, antibody dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity assays,and other immunology applications.
