We are pleased to offer these products from BioIVT.Offering isolated Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells(PBMCs) from whole blood procured from IRB-consented donors with clinicallydefined Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Peripheral Blood MononuclearCells (PBMCs) are a subset of leukocytes (or White Blood Cell, WBC), which areintegral components of the body′simmune system that fight disease.
PBMCs consist of a mixtureof lymphocytes (T cells, B cells, and NK cells) and monocytes and are isolatedfrom peripheral whole blood via density gradient centrifugation and red bloodcell lysis.
Standard and custom clinical data collection andconfirmation ensures proper corresponding disease severity and treatmenthistory (prescription and over the counter).
Clinical datamay include: Current medical treatment, CDAI Score, CRP Score, HLA, RF, CCPOurreadily available
PBMCs are provided with clinical data thathas been collected following a strict and standardized clinical data process.All specimens are reviewed for IRB approval.
