General description

流感血凝素（HA）肽是合成肽，氨基酸序列为N-Tyr-Pro-Tyr-Asp-Val-Pro-Asp-Tyr-Ala-C。对应于人流感病毒血凝素的氨基酸98-106。在免疫测定中，抗HA抗体与HA标签融合蛋白结合，可用HA肽与抗HA抗体发生竞争。HA肽成功抑制抗体结合，表明结合是特异性的。

Application

流感血凝素（HA）肽可用于免疫印迹。也可以用于从单克隆抗HA琼脂糖亲和柱上洗脱HA标签融合蛋白。

Preparation Note

用水配制成浓度为5 mg/mL的溶液。
