生化/生理作用

  • 胰岛素:一种多肽激素,可促进葡萄糖和氨基酸的摄取,这种特性可能与观察到的有丝分裂作用有关。
  • 转铁蛋白:铁运输蛋白。
  • 硒:通常由血清提供的必需微量元素。

组分

含有1.0 mg/ml人重组胰岛素,0.55 mg/ml 人转铁蛋白(基本上不含铁)以及0.5 μg/ml 100x浓度的亚硒酸钠。

其他说明

ITS是人重组胰岛素、人转铁蛋白和亚硒酸钠的一种混合物。它是一种通用的细胞补充剂设计用于含有丙酮酸钠的非复合型培养基(如MEM、RPMI-1640)及复合型培养基(如Ham?s F-12、DME/F-12、MEM)。
