生化/生理作用

组分
含有1.0 mg/ml人重组胰岛素,0.55 mg/ml 人转铁蛋白(基本上不含铁)以及0.5 μg/ml 100x浓度的亚硒酸钠。

ITS是人重组胰岛素、人转铁蛋白和亚硒酸钠的一种混合物。它是一种通用的细胞补充剂设计用于含有丙酮酸钠的非复合型培养基(如MEM、RPMI-1640)及复合型培养基(如Ham?s F-12、DME/F-12、MEM)。
