胰岛素-转铁蛋白-硒添加剂（100×ITS液体培养基添加剂）作为培养基补充剂适用于：

α小鼠肝12细胞(AML-12)
大鼠胎儿睾丸外植体
人牙髓干细胞(DPSC)

Biochem/physiol Actions

胰岛素：一种多肽激素，可促进葡萄糖和氨基酸的摄取，这种特性可能与观察到的有丝分裂作用有关。
转铁蛋白：铁运输蛋白。
硒：通常由血清提供的必需微量元素。

Preparation Note

使用不含酚红的Earle′平衡盐溶液（EBSS）制备。

Other Notes

ITS是人重组胰岛素、人转铁蛋白和亚硒酸钠的一种混合物。它是一种通用的细胞补充剂设计用于含有丙酮酸钠的非复合型培养基（如MEM、RPMI-1640）及复合型培养基（如Ham?s F-12、DME/F-12、MEM）。

含有1.0 mg/ml人重组胰岛素，0.55 mg/ml 人转铁蛋白（基本上不含铁）以及0.5 μg/ml 100x浓度的亚硒酸钠。
