General description

纯化人IgG由混合的正常人血清经过分级分离和离子交换层析获得。本品以基本不含盐（不到1%钠）的冻干粉形式提供。

Application

以人血清IgG为标准品，在ELISA法测定中采用浓度为1.274 mg/ml, 检测牙 龈卟啉单胞菌 和 间质普雷沃氏菌的抗体反应。它被用在0.2 mg/ml浓度时对Vero、BHK、PtK2细胞的免疫标记。人血清IgG被用作抗-志贺氏菌 LPS抗体的SDS-PAGE的标准品。

Biochem/physiol Actions
