一般描述

IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中含量最高的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌，存在于血液和细胞外液中，可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母亲的IgG通过胎盘传递给胎儿，对于新生儿抗感染至关重要。
小鼠IgG是从正常小鼠血清中通过分离和例子交换层析纯化得来的。

应用

纯化小鼠IgG1可用作参考抗原，标准物，抑制剂或覆盖蛋白，用于各种免疫分析包括ELISA，点印迹免疫结合，Western免疫印迹，免疫扩散，免疫电泳，血凝反应和细胞结合分析。其他应用包括作为制备免疫原和固相免疫吸附剂的起始材料。小鼠IgG可用作ELISA和染色质免疫沉淀分析的标准。它还可以在生物传感器开发中覆盖纳米颗粒。
