General description
人体有五种免疫球蛋白。其中，免疫球蛋白M （IgM）是一种高分子量蛋白质，包括五或六个亚单位。IgM单体由两条重链和两条轻链通过二硫键连接而成。人血清中IgM单体浓度低。它具有大约12%的高碳水化合物含量。这是新生儿产生的第一种免疫球蛋白。
