含有非动物源性脂肪酸（2 μg/ml花生四烯酸，以及浓度均为10 μg/ml的亚油酸、亚麻酸、肉豆蔻酸、油酸、棕榈酸和硬脂酸）、来自新西兰羊毛′的0.22 mg/ml胆固醇、2.2 mg/ml吐温80、70 μg/ml生育酚乙酸酯和100 mg/ml Pluronic F-68，溶剂为细胞培养用水。
