General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
凝集素具有抗癌、抗人免疫缺陷病毒（抗HIV）、抗微生物感染作用，并可抑制粘膜萎缩。它可减轻2型糖尿病和肥胖症，促进营养吸收和药物靶向。它可用于对动物脊髓和大脑中的血管树进行染色。凝集素可凝聚细胞，沉淀多糖和糖蛋白。
LEA 不具有血型特异性，但对 N-乙酰-β- D -氨基葡萄糖低聚物具有亲和力。凝集素是一种糖蛋白，含有约等量的蛋白质和碳水化合物，并被报道抑制来自 菜豆的植物血凝素的促有丝分裂活性 。这种凝集素结合内皮细胞，用于显示微血管。

Analysis Note
