General description

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

层粘连蛋白是动物组织中结构性支架的组成部分。它们通过内功素和基底膜聚糖与IV型胶原结合，并通过整合素受体、dystroglycan糖蛋白复合物以及Lutheran血型糖蛋白与细胞膜结合。层粘连蛋白具有胶原结合、细胞粘附、肝素结合和神经突向外生长片段的活性结构域。

Preparation Note

本品以1 − 2 mg/mL浓度形式提供，含50 mM Tris-HCl和150 mM NaCl。其经0.2μm滤器过滤。在使用前在2-8°C将该溶液缓慢解冻以避免形成凝胶。如需用作涂层，可在平衡盐溶液中稀释并用最小的体积涂覆在培养的表面，随后在37℃下孵育2小时。在细胞铺板之前用PBS洗涤3次。层粘连蛋白可储存在2-8°C达一个月。
