Biochem/physiol Actions

脂肪酶可催化水溶液中酯的水解和非水溶液中酯的合成。它们通过水解聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯中的酯键,产生羟基和羧基。

脂肪酶可催化三酰甘油的水解,生成甘油和游离脂肪酸。

Other Notes
