General description
来自Triticum vulgaris的小麦胚芽凝集素（WGA）以同型二聚体形式存在，并且具有多个N-乙酰葡糖胺（GlcNAc）结合位点。它对蛋白质变性剂具有抗性，可用于检测 O-GlcNAc蛋白。 WGA与N-乙醇酰神经氨酸（Neu5Ac）结合可调节促炎免疫应答。
Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
