General description
花生凝集素（PNA）是豆科植物花生（Arachis hypogaea）的一种凝集素或凝集素，在摄入花生后在人的外周静脉血液中发现。PNA凝集素对半乳糖基（β-1，3）N-乙酰半乳糖胺具有特异性。
Application
来自花生（花生）的凝集素已被用于：

Biochem/physiol Actions
花生（花生）凝集素作为Thomsen-Friedenreich抗原（TF）的抗原决定簇和正常结肠上皮中结肠直肠癌刺激细胞分裂的促分裂原。因此，它被用作肿瘤标志物。
花生凝集素不会凝集正常的人类红细胞，但会强烈凝集神经氨酸酶处理的红细胞。花生凝集素具有与人血清中的抗 T 抗体相似的有效抗 T 活性。凝集素可用于区分人淋巴细胞亚群。
